Old Fashioned Tallow Salve

Double the size of our other salves and made with 100% grass-fed and grass finished pure suet tallow, this creamy salve provides lasting moisture to dry, cracked skin. Great for hands, feet, body, and face! Tallow's high content of vitamins (A, D, E, & K), antioxidants and fatty acids mimic the skin's natural oils. It provides deep hydration, reducing dryness & redness. It helps soothe and reduce inflammation, potentially benefiting conditions like eczema or psoriasis. Many people with acne-prone skin find relief with tallow and this blend is gentle on the most sensitive of skin. 

Blended with other non-comedogenic oils including Kokum Butter, Castor Oil & Beeswax, this salve is nourishing and protective to all skin types. It glides on smoothly and absorbs easily into skin. Lightly scented with Vanilla infused oil & Frankincense Essential Oil.

To Use: Apply as needed to hands and body.  Melts on contact with skin and will not clog pores.

*IMPORTANT INFORMATION - I just want to share some advice I’ve learned over the past year while investigating and researching tallow products.
Tallow has become increasingly popular, however I encourage everyone to make sure you source your tallow properly and only purchase from businesses who can tell you where their tallow is from, making sure that only pure suet tallow was used and above all, is truly grass-fed & finished. Otherwise, the many benefits of tallow will not be present in the product. Also, if their ingredient list includes honey in their tallow it must include a preservative as well or it will grow bacteria.
