Shipping Costs:

We offer the following shipping rates for Canada and the USA*

$12 Shipping Throughout Canada - under 10lbs

$17 Shipping Throughout the USA - under 10lbs

*(If your order is over 10lbs you may incur an additional cost.)

When will my order ship?

After your order is placed, it takes 2-5 business days to process. All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. After processing time, your parcel will ship out and be on its way to you! This should take anywhere from 2-7 days after that depending on where you are located in Canada or the USA. 

Are there any taxes and duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

**Be sure to check your emails, you will receive shipping confirmations and updates are available. During holidays shipping may be delayed beyond our control. Local Pickup from our home studio is available if you wish to avoid the shipping fees. We are located in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. Once you select local pickup at checkout, you will be given the exact address and you can pickup your order from our pick-up box. Be sure to check your email as I will contact you to let you know when your order will be available in the pickup box. Please use a current email or contact method so we can easily reach you about your order. Please respect our privacy and do not share our address with others, thank you!
