TO USE: Keep a pouch in your purse or on your night table. Squeeze and breathe in the scent whenever you need help to calm your mind or drift off to sleep. Tradionally, lavender sachets were placed in drawers and closets to add scent to clothing and keep moths and insects away. Whenever you open the drawer or closet, give the bag a little squeeze to release more scent. The sachet will last for 5 years or more.
